What happens after you reach out

1. 1

   Send your request

Call (951) 336-8162 or fill out the form, and tell us a little about the space, whether it's a bare patio, an old deck or a tired cover. If you'd like to look around first, you can see the kinds of rooms we build before you write.

2. 2

Hear back within one business day

We get back to you within one business day to set up a time for me to come out. If you want to know who'll be standing in your yard, our about page tells how I got into this trade and why I came back to it.

3. 3

Meet on site for your estimate

I measure the space, look at what the room will sit on and how it meets your house, and we talk through how you plan to use it, because that shapes the room more than anything else. You get a free written estimate in plain words with no obligation, and once you say go, we handle the permit paperwork, build it with our own crew and walk the finished room with you.
